Solidarity and Unity: American Muslims and Christians Celebrate the Birth of the Holy Last Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him)

In a show of solidarity, Muslims and Christians joined hands to send a strong message by celebrating together the blessed birth of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) at the 1st Annual Milad Un Nabi Parade and Festival hosted by the International Quranic Open University and held in scenic upstate New York, Binghamton.

BINGHAMTON- Early last month, Muslims and Christians stood on the courthouse lawn at City Hall in Binghamton, New York to celebrate the Blessed birth of the Holy Last Messenger (Peace be upon him). The 1st Annual Milad un Nabi Parade and Festival was hosted by city officials and sponsored by the International Quranic Open University (IQOU), a group well known for their own humanitarian efforts and joint support of other charitable organizations. “This is a celebration of unity and common ground,” Stated Mr. Hasib Abdul-Haqq, the Assistant Senior Public Relations officer for IQOU. “Both of these themes are values that were strongly upheld by the Holy Last Messenger (Peace be upon him) and all the other noble Prophets such as Abraham, Noah, and Jesus Son of Mary (May they all be blessed).” The Program heralded well known figures such as the Honorable Khalifa Hussein who gave the welcome address, the guest speaker, mayor of the city of Binghamton the Honorable Mr. Mathew Ryan, Reverend Douglas Taylor, Pastor Sue Shields and Diane Heron of Broome Community College. Each of the speakers discussed the significance of the gathering.
The Mayor Mr. Mathew Ryan stated, “Thank you for inviting me here today and welcome to our community. Today I applaud your efforts to create a dialog, a dialog that celebrates diversity, tolerance, and understanding and unity, and I applaud the efforts of The International Quranic Open University.

I especially point to a letter from 138 Muslim scholars to the Christian community presented at the end of Ramadhan in 2007. It reads, ‘In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful a common word between us and you. Muslims and Christians together make up well over half the world’s population. Without peace and justice between these two religious communities, there can be no meaningful peace in the world. The future of the world depends on peace between Muslims and Christians. The basis for this peace and understanding already exists. It is part of the very foundational principals of both faiths, love of one God and love of our neighbor. The principals are found over and over again, in the sacred texts of Islam and Christianity. The unity of God, the necessity of love for Him, and the necessity of love of the neighbor is thus the common ground between Islam and Christianity. Of the necessary, of the love of the neighbor the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him ) said: “None of you has faith until you love for your neighbor what you love for yourself” In the New Testament, Jesus Christ said: “Hear O Israel, the Lord thy God, the Lord is One and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment, and the second like it, is this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself, there is no other commandment greater than this.’ So today, let us celebrate these two great commandments that are the basis of both religions, we must all make a commitment to fight against those who try to make religion a vehicle for violence at the same time we must understand that without justice there can be no peace, so let’s go forward to fight for justice in this world and peace among us all. Thank you for coming.”

College Professor: ‘I Am A Better Christian From Witnessing The Devoted Practice Of Islam

In a celebration of the birth of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) held in Upstate New York, Binghamton-. Broome Community College Professor Diane O’Heron stated, “I thank you for asking me to participate on this most blessed of days. My name is Diane O’Heron, and I am a professor of English at Broome Community College. Every day I have the opportunity to witness people taking action to transform their lives for the better and to assist them in these attempts by helping them to write more effectively and to guide them through their college careers. Over the past few years, I have been the teacher of and advisor to some of your children,  sisters and brothers, mothers and fathers, and friends. I have read many essays and discussed many class choices for upcoming semesters; I have given much feedback and advice. But I have been given much in return. As a person of faith, I benefit everyday from my interactions with my Muslim students and friends at BCC. I am a better Catholic and Christian today because I have been a witness to their devoted practice of Islam.

In a college setting, it is easy for a person to hide his/her faith, and fear of social rejection actually encourages us to deny what we believe. The presence of Muslim students at BCC encourages me to remember that though I live in this world, my faith teaches me I am not “of this world,” and I should live my life according to spiritual values. Through the practice of their faith in the least and most obvious ways, the Muslims in my academic community remind me every day of how I can deepen my  commitment to the worship of my God and to the service of my neighbors.

Today I would like to tell you two stories about Muslim students whose practice of their faith strengthened my own as Christian. First, an example of how the Muslim practice of showing kindness to another produced immeasurable good. This fall, a Muslim student came to BCC for the first time. She had never been in a mixed faith classroom. There would be many challenges for her, and these certainly pre-occupied her on her first day of school. But that day, she met another student whose emotional and cognitive problems were immediately apparent to her. While her fears were real, she knew that Allah had graced her with a sound mind and a clear heart; she knew that she was called that day was to make this other student welcome and comfortable in a new place.

She continued to do this every class for an entire semester; her kindness was an example to me and her other classmates. My student’s charity that semester showed me that in honoring the least valued and the most troubled members of our society, I honor my God. I also help to create a world where God’s good can multiply itself. The student she befriended went on to her second semester in college a more confident and self-assured person; she will remember her first college English class as a place where she was safe and cared for. In our faiths we are taught small kindnesses produce untold rewards, but we must be willing to do this work. In her small way, this student accepted God’s charge and made a testimony to her faith. I witnessed that and prayed for the willingness to replicate her example. I have seen many more examples of Muslim students’ faith in their kindness, openness and warmth in their participation in my classroom and in school activities.

A hymn in my church contains the line “They will know we are Christians by our love.” I could just as easily substitute “Muslims” in this line from my knowledge of the Muslims at BCC. But the way Muslims students are most obviously recognized at BCC is by how many, particularly the women, choose to dress. As I said earlier, it is easy for the members of some faiths to hide their religion. This is not a choice many of the Muslims I know at BCC make. Their example teaches me that there is great value in walking a narrow spiritual path. My religion teaches me that the more I sacrifice of myself to honor God, the more peace and contentment I will have in my life on this earth.

A Muslim woman’s decision to veil showed me this lesson in a new way. This semester, a Muslim woman in my English class wrote an essay defending the practice of veiling against charges that the practice was oppressive. She wrote that in a culture that teaches us “less is more,” a woman who chooses to veil is seen as depriving herself of all the rewards the material world can provide. My student explained clearly and carefully that her decision to veil was a declaration of her commitment to spiritual ideals. The practice of these ideals allowed her to value herself more highly and to focus her efforts on living as God would have her live. My student attends her classes and participates in discussions unself-consciously. She does not spend her time thinking about whether she measures up on the college attractiveness meter; she knows her worth as a woman and a person and sh conveys this with both humility and confidence. I could see that in her decision to veil herself, my student had turned the “less is more” message on its head. By paying less attention to the demands of our society and paying more honor to the dictates of her faith, she had freed herself up spiritually. Her rejection of the “less is more” worldly ideal and spoke to me as a Christian.

In what ways did I deny myself as a Christian by consciously and unconsciously practicing the “less is more” philosophy of our material culture? What did I lose every time I chose to show “less” of my faith in order to gain “more” of society’s rewards? I challenge myself everyday to conduct myself as I believe God would have me, and I look to my Muslim students for inspiration. It takes spiritual and often physical courage to set yourself apart as a person of faith. The constant visible example of their faith strengthens me to live my faith as clearly as they live their own. I pray only to be as faithful a follower as the men and women I have had the privilege to know. For the opportunity to know you and to learn from you, I give thanks to God. And for the opportunity to share my thoughts today, I thank you.”

Pastor Speaks on Muslim-Christian Brotherhood

On the 5th of April 2008, Pastor Sue Shields joined in the celebration of the birth of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him) held on the lawn of City Hall in Upstate New York, Binghamton and stated, “Good afternoon!  Do you like to look at nature? I do, and one of the reasons I enjoy it so much is because it always reminds me that our world is very diverse. When we look at creation, we see diversity in action. Maybe you think, like I do, that the Creator had fun making the world – splashing spots on the leopard, painting stripes on the zebra, stretching out the neck of the giraffe, and putting a bunch of spare parts together to make the duck billed platypus. Animals, birds, fish, and plants are all diverse. Even among those that are alike, for example pine trees, no two are exactly the same; there are differences. But when I look at nature I am also reminded that the Creator draws all of this diversity together, in a unity that becomes harmony in nature.

Noticing the vast differences in nature, it should be no surprise to us that people - the human race - was created with diversity as well. We are all different, even within our own families. My family is very different, with several different ethnic backgrounds, skin, hair and eye color, and sizes and shapes. There have been times we have experienced the sting of disunity, in the form of bigotry, because of that. But, there have also been times we have experienced very diverse people coming together in harmony. We saw that happen after the flood of 2006. I live in Deposit, which was hit pretty hard. Literally one half of the homes was either damaged or destroyed in the flood. Our Fire Department and Rescue Squad leaders quickly set up a shelter, to provide meals and fresh water, and other services. They ended up staying open for a couple of weeks at least. After a couple of days (I forget the exact date because time was a bit vague during those weeks) the volunteers were serving so many people, they were exhausted, mentally and physically. They were getting worn out because it had become a much bigger job, much more overwhelming, than first anticipated. People began pulling together, doing what they could, to alleviate a disaster. I remember one day in particular, a few days into the crisis, when the shelter received a call from the Muslims of America community, which is located a short distance from the village.

The caller said we want to help. We have women who will help cook and men who will help with the cleanup effort, and we want to help, because this is our community too. I remember the relief that went through those at the shelter, and then that relief turned into joy that others were coming to offer help during such a crisis. Later on, looking around the shelter, you would find so many different people working together for the common good. There were Muslims, and Catholics, and Protestants from all denominations, and Jews and Atheists, all working together in unity, side by side, to serve those whose lives had been devastated. And I remember thinking again; only the Creator could draw together such a diverse group of people, and bring harmony and unity out of such devastation. I see that again today. We are here from many walks of life, from different faith traditions, coming together in unity. In the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 5, Jesus is teaching a crowd, in what we now call the Beatitudes, and Jesus said “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the children of God.” So today, as we experience unity once again I want to thank those who have invited all of us here, working towards peace and unity, and I pray the Creator’s blessing on the work of their hands and their hearts. I also pray this unity in peace continues, so that your children and mine, your grandchildren and mine, will truly be able to live in unity and harmony, as they celebrate diversity. Thank you”

US officer clears Sheikh Gilani in Daniel Pearl murdered case
Washington | June 25, 2007 1:15:01 PM IST

Randall Bennett, the US security officer who investigated the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, has given a clean chit to leader Sheikh Gilani while elaborating how the journalist was abducted and then murdered in 2002.
In an interview to the US State Department, Bennett said that Sheikh Omar, who has been sentenced to death for murdering the US journalist, used Gilani's name without bringing it to the knowledge of the latter.
"Sheikh Omar, who has quite a history involved in the kidnapping- the hijacking of airplanes out of India and affiliations with various hardcore jihadi organisations - had very carefully plotted and planned this kidnapping of Danny," said Bennett, who was the US Regional Security Officer in Karachi during the time Pearl was kidnapped and later murdered in 2002.
"He had set it up where he had given Danny information and promised this interview with Sheikh Gilani. Sheikh Gilani, as it turned out, had no idea his name was even being used," he added.
Bennett said in the interview, which coincided with the release of a film "A Mighty Heart," which depicts the kidnapping and murder of Pearl, that Sheikh Omar used Gilani's name to bait the WSJ reporter, who had been looking forward to this interview because it was a very "hot item," the Dawn reported.
Bennett was quoted as saying that Richard Reed, the so-called shoe-bomber, who tried to bomb a Chicago-bound plane in 2002 with explosives hidden in his shoes, dominated the US media in those days and Pearl hoped to get some exclusive information about the bomber from this interview.
"So, when it came time, after two weeks of baiting and switching, Danny was at the Metropol Hotel standing outside the Village restaurant. His meeting was at 1900 hours, 7:00 pm. At 1911, he received a phone call. The phone call lasted till 1916.
"So in those five minutes, the investigation later revealed that Sheikh Omar, who was using the name of Bashir at this time, told Danny that 'I'm sorry, he cannot come to see you again.' This was maybe the sixth or seventh time they had baited and switched Danny on a meeting.
"They said, 'He just cannot get away and we've tried and tried and it just hasn't worked out. If you want the interview, he's at the madrassa. We'll pick you up and bring you here and then we'll take you back, but he's not going to be able to come and see you there,'" Bennett said.
Later, Pearl decided to go to the madrassa despite warnings from security personnel.
Bennett said he had explained to Pearl that all madrassas were essentially in dangerous locations. They typically had affiliations to the more radical elements. And, for Pearl to go to one of those meant he would be completely cut off from his communication and any safe haven or recourse.
"And I guess at that moment, Danny had a tough decision to make and he made the decision that he was going to go and do the interview," he said, adding that the journalist was abducted thereafter.
He said Pearl could not be recovered because they learned about his abduction after 12 hours, which gave the kidnappers the time to take him out of the city. (ANI)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Imam El Sheikh Gilani Sets the Record Straight

For almost three decades El Sheikh Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani, El Hashmi, Vice Chancellor of the IntÂ’l Quranic Open University (IQOU), Imam of Muslims of the Americas Inc. (MOA) and founder and Chief Editor of the Islamic Post, along with his followers, has withstood a vicious attack unparalleled in American history. The global elitist Illuminati have conspired to destroy America by bringing about a clash of civilizations, Islam versus Christianity. Their calculated goal is to turn all of America against Al Islam and the good practicing Muslim citizens of this country.

Assaults were first launched against El Sheikh Gilani when he vowed to reveal who the forces were behind the establishment of a one world government, the New World Order, and the attacks against Al Islam. Agreeing with former Congressman Paul Findley, El Sheikh Gilani drew attention to the overwhelming influence that the Zionist lobby in Washington D.C. had over politicians, and in the determination of AmericaÂ’s domestic and foreign policy.

The efforts of El Sheikh Gilani have resulted in the rapid growth of Al Islam in America and the reformation of thousands, who have become valuable contributors to American society. Their increased political clout and visibility have posed a true threat to the stranglehold that the Zionists have held on American taxpayersÂ’ dollars. The advocates of world dominance had no recourse other than to rid themselves of their main nemesis, El Sheikh Gilani, before Muslim/Christian dialogue and unity substantially undermined their scheme for world supremacy.

Hence, the harbingers of hatred have perpetrated a full scale attack on the character of El Sheikh Gilani and his followers, portraying them as criminals, terrorists, and a threat to American society. The Zionist controlled mass mediaÂ’s carefully designed internet blogs, HollywoodÂ’s misinterpretations, and the silence of law enforcement agencies have all played pivotal roles in intentionally distorting the truth.

A blatant example of their cunning is the Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel PearlÂ’s fiasco. The stress of falsely linking PearlÂ’s disappearance and questionable death to El Sheikh Gilani contributed to the death of El Sheikh GilaniÂ’s ailing and elderly father who was one of the founding fathers of Pakistan. The truth of the matter is best expressed by Kathy Diskin, FBI Special Agent, Karachi Bureau: "I had the opportunity to sit in on an interview with Sheikh Gilani and our feeling was, within 15 minutes, that Sheikh Gilani is not involved in this".

Despite the truth being available, the media continues to malign El Sheikh Gilani by leading a naïve public into believing he had a role in the plot. Pearl’s "widow" wrote a book and produced a movie falsely implicating El Sheikh Gilani while knowing of his innocence. Within the circles of those who have followed the developments in this case, it is a common consensus that Daniel Pearl is not dead. Special appreciation is extended by the Vice Chancellor to the Hon. President of Pakistan, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, who was one of the very few who was courageous enough to dare and speak out and draw attention to the inconsistencies and untruths in this case, and to defend the noble family. May the One Almighty Creator reward him for his efforts and suffice him in his struggles against the ongoing hate campaign perpetrated by the Illuminati.

About Islamberg and ItÂ’s Christian Neighbors
From the Article:
Islamberg: A Terror Compound in NYÂ… or Misunderstood Neighbors?
By Michael Y. Park
Fox News
June 12, 2007
. . . .The doctor at the local clinic in Deposit, John Giannone, now fasts on Ramadan out of respect for the community's beliefs and has maintained a relatively close relationship with the group. When his house was devastated by flooding that nearly wiped Deposit off the map in June 2006, volunteers from Islamberg came down and helped him clear out the debris and clean up the rental home his family had moved into. Giannone says they even did the dishes.
That flood was one occasion when Islamberg shone, according to many. According to several accounts, Islamberg men, women, boys and girls pitched in and helped clear debris, clean people's basements, distribute food and maintain the emergency shelter where residents gathered. On July 4, the Muslims joined the rest of the community for a dinner to commemorate their shared adversity.
"We were all just overwhelmed, and I remember the thanksgiving prayer that was said to bless everyone, no matter who you are and to bring the community together. And in that moment, we were a community, we were together as one," Felber said. "I couldn't see a person that was going to be part of a terrorist group standing in a food line of thanksgiving there serving the community." . . . .

Refuting the lies and exposing the frauds brought about by the vested interests which seem to have no end..

Slander Against Muslim Communities

Miss The Mark

When reviewing the onslaught of insults and the recent hate campaign levied against the founding Chief Editor of The Islamic Post El Sheikh Syed Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani, and the Muslim villages in his community, one is reminded that history tainted by prejudice is wont to repeat itself; despite best efforts to the contrary. Considering the recent swirling typhoons of Islamophobia, religious intolerance, and terrorism one can see the beast feeding on itself again and again. This hatred, including the latestlies brought against the Muslims of the Americas, are part and parcel of a conspiracy, whose aim when brought into the light, clearly wishes to destroy America and the American people. The ones, who are working to destroy the reputation and the lives of Muslims, are the Illuminati, who are trying to spread hatred amongst and between the good people of this country, thus eventually bringing about a clash between Muslims and Christians. Fortunately, the eyes of the public have been opened and the masses have become aware of this conspiracy, therefore this will not happen.

Evidence of this conspiracy can be found in a recent article printed by the New York Post on June 4th titled Home Grown Terrorism: Catskills Site Eyed, which targeted one of the Muslims of the Americas villages located in Upstate New York. It was reported that the village, “…acts as the headquarters for an outfit called Muslims of the Americas, widely believed to be a front for Jamaat al Fuqra, founded by radical Pakistani cleric Mubarak Ali Gilani.”  This colossal fabrication is perhaps the worst form of sensational reporting which seeks to misrepresent and connect the Muslims of the Americas with a phantom and non-existing conspiratorial group labeled Al Fuqra. These attempts seem only to clarify the sterling reputation of the Muslims of the Americas.

The article also states, “Reports of gunfire and military-style physical training at the camp have led some investigators to believe that the group’s members are preparing for a home-grown jihad.”

And goes further to claim that, “The feds have alleged that some group members have been sent to Pakistan and Afghanistan to receive terrorist training.”

This falsehood is steeped in its own ruin, as there is no such proof or truth contained in these statements. Which documents were used to make such claims? Which feds are being quoted here? Certainly not the many individuals from both the FBI and CIA, who over the last ten years have kept open relations with the Muslim of the Americas. The sources used by the New York Post (if  indeed such a source exist) could not be referring to agents from both these organizations who have attended and participated in the graduation ceremonies of the American Muslim Boy Scouts (hence, the feigned military style training). In fact, representatives from these organizations have in recent times taken to visiting the villages during the camp and holding their own instruction with the scouts.

In addition, it was purported that, “Gilani is the extremist who Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was reportedly trying to meet in Pakistan when he was abducted and beheaded.” This flimsy slander is another such fabrication that can best be refuted by the well-documented statements of the investigative authority figures. El Sheikh retains he never met, nor knew Daniel Pearl, and indeed Special Agent Kathy Diskin who was on site trying to locate the missing journalist stated, “I had an opportunity to sit in on an interview with Sheikh Gilani, and within fifteen minutes, our feeling was he was not involved in this.”

These insults, designed to ruin the character of El Sheikh and the peaceful purpose of the Muslims of the Americas villages, have fallen short of their mark due to the courage of the public and its refusal to buy such lies. One such courageous individual can be found in the personage of the Honorable President of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf,  an ideal Muslim ruler, who single-handedly brought forth truth in defense of the Noble family, and sought to expose such conspiracies. There is much gratitude for his efforts. May he forever be saved from the corruption of the Illuminati, and may he become the principal thorn in their proverbial sides when exposing their conspiracies. Our prayers are with the Honorable President of Pakistan General Musharraf, as Paul Findley pointed out and asserted, ‘he who dares to speak out against these conspiracies, must be carefulÂ’.

Similarly, El Sheikh himself, who dares to speak out also, has experienced being targeted by the Illuminati forces. It began after the arrest of Richard Reid the shoe bomber, when Boston Globe reporter Farah Stockman a woman who could easily be linked to organizations which wanted to spread rumors, went door to door in Pakistan with the Shoe BombersÂ’ picture asking if anyone knew El Sheikh, as he was a follower of Pir Gilani. At the time of the terminal illness of the father of El Sheikh, Farah Stockman comes to the door of El Sheikh and he lets her know that his father was dying and he could not see her. After some time, she leaves a letter which was found by El SheikhÂ’s father and whose contents so shocked him with his weak heart that within hours he passed away. This was a great loss as El SheikhÂ’s father was a prominent member and worker in the Pakistani movement. Following this, there were attempts made on El SheikhÂ’s life. At this time, he became very cautious and decided that he should not stay in Lahore. The third attempt made on El SheikhÂ’s life took place at a  home of his where he was not located. Four men with guns attempted to murder El SheikhÂ’s cousin who was staying at the house. Shots were fired and one of the intruders was killed. When authorities were called, it was discovered that the dead man was the son of the priest of local Christian militia. Despite the death of one individual, the case was not registered and the whole affair was hushed.  At this El Sheikh knew that this affair was momentous, and so he went away to a remote village. After some time it was revealed to El Sheikh that he was mentioned in the newspapers, and that the authorities were looking for him concerning the disappearance of American Journalist Daniel Pearl. Immediately, El Sheikh sought out the authorities, as he had no part in the Daniel Pearl intrigue. The Authorities questioned El Sheikh, and the interview can be best summarized, as mentioned earlier, by FBI Special Agent Kathy Diskin who said, “I had an opportunity to sit in on an interview with Sheikh Gilani, and within fifteen minutes our feeling was he was not involved in this.” The trauma and losses suffered by the family of El Sheikh were numerous. The damage included and was not limited to the snatching, detainment, and abuse of El SheikhÂ’s eldest son by authorities, and the death of both parents, as the shock of the accusations were tremendous and overwhelming. Indeed, the whole concocted story of the Daniel Pearl conspiracy is one component of a hate campaign that holds no truth. As time has passed, it is now widely believed by people of significance that the disappearance of Daniel Pearl was much too suspicious and that he is not dead at all.

The rumors are aimed at destroying the character of El Sheikh. Yet, amidst this insanity, if one wishes to seek truth wherever it may be, beauty, modesty, and humility can be found in the small and parsimonious (yet, rich in culture and tradition) villages belonging to the Muslims of the Americas, and guided by El Sheikh. Despite their meager means, the villagers are both striking and refined in their manners and way of life. Much hard work and effort as been put into the community, and the end result are peaceful citizens.  The supposed secrecy of the villages can be defied by the many neighbors, journalist, authorities and officials (local and government), and many, many, others who have found their way to either location to be graciously hosted, often serenaded (most villages boast beautiful singing youth), and befriended by the inhabitants. The trampling of the sterling reputation of these Muslims, and the source of the Goliathan rumors that seem to abound and take flight with the smallest inclination are steeped in the past identity of the villagers themselves, who come from all walks of life (including incarceration and poverty; to name the worst) seeking a way of life that is good and clean and free of that which their past lives are shadowed with. Upon close inspection, these rumors are ill-fitting, as the fruit borne of the first generation villagers can be found in their children who (despite the few who have become casualties of the streets and the recent inner-city culture of the decade) have not only sought higher education and thus blossomed into doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc., but also returned to their communities, and the villages themselves to help nurture it along. The sad and curiously pieced together media witch hunt that also attacks El Sheikh Mubarik Ali Shah Gilani regretfully ignores the fact that this man, a humanitarian in his own right, guided the villagers to the true and peaceful practice of Islam and out of the ghettos and streets in which they lived. His encouragement included the practice of a law-abiding life free from regretful time passage in a jail cell, which was and is the anguish and reality which befalls most minority families and the bitter truth which has left minority communities bare and bereft of hope and aspiration. He also upheld and currently holds to the foundation of the Muslim villages which seek to maintain peacefulness, neighborliness, chivalry, kindness, humility, responsibility, and individual and collective generosity. He has, through much effort, reformed thousands of people in America, and this effort and hard work has brought forth peaceful citizens. Ironically, the lies purported about El Sheikh and the Muslims of the Americas are abounding when in truth, American Muslims are at the forefront in defending the U.S. against treachery.

There seems no end to the hate campaign which appears to be spiraling quickly out of control. Yet, despite the onslaught of negative tittle-tattle, the tender philanthropic aims of the Muslims of the Americas have reached as close as relief efforts at Ground Zero and locations hit by Hurricane Katrina, and as far away as the Southeast Asia Earthquake of 2005. The communities seek and keep good and open communication with their neighbors and the local media sources can often be found invited to attend any and all village functions and affairs. Bazaars, youth concerts, and religious services are all open-invitation as Islam (the religion of peace) retains its concrete and hearty claim to be the way of life for all of mankind. It is with this spirit that a request is made to all those involved in the spurious claims to stop, as much harm has come to the innocent, and a great deal of damage has been done already.

Exposing Roots of Terrorism In U.S.

On the 12th of February, a so-called ‘interim investigative reportÂ’ by an unknown private individual who called himself ‘CPÂ’ investigator and Douglas J. Hagmann , with the internet address, www.homelandsecurityus.com, was released.  This highly questionable report about Muslims of the Americas (MOA), their town Islamberg, NY, the International Quranic Open University (IQOU), and the Vice Chancellor of IQOU, is a small part of a campaign of hate, fabricated falsehood, lies, and appalling propaganda aimed at bringing about a clash between Muslims and Christians the world over, and particularly in the United States (U.S.) As the Imam of the Muslims of the Americas and Vice Chancellor of IQOU, I take this opportunity to expose this recurring scheme of deception and falsehood conjured up by vested interests.
The compilers of this report, CP/Hagmann, assert the claim of the existence of an alleged “Jamaat-ul-Fuqra”, placing me as its head. For the past 25 years I, and the members of MOA, and the staff of IQOU at Islamberg, have adamantly denied knowledge of any such organization in the U.S., Pakistan, or elsewhere.
In order to uphold and sustain one lie, one has to use hundreds of arguments. In this regard I am going to prove that Douglas J. Hagman and his group are the actual perpetrators of international terrorism,  and racial and religious bigotry and their ceaseless campaign of hate, is more damaging to the U.S. than  any other country. The U.S. has become a pawn of hidden hands that use AmericaÂ’s wealth and the innocent blood of their sons and daughters to wage their wars against Muslims.
In World War II, observe how they managed to lure the U.S. into the war by concealing the Japanese secret code. This gave the green light to the Japanese to invade the U.S. at Pearl Harbor.  This played an integral role in swaying public opinion towards opposing Hitler, eventually pushing the U.S. into the war.
It is obvious that Mr. Hagman is employed by those whose aim is to focus on creating hatred between Muslims and Christians in America. Their method is to facilitate unsubstantiated charges, and outright lies, against one of the most peaceful and patriotic communities in the U.S.—Muslims of the Americas.
One such peaceful and patriotic community is Islamberg, which is a Muslim village where the residing families are encouraged to foster good relations with their neighbors. MOA, the IQOU, and their respective villages and campuses regularly host government officials.  Sheriffs, mayors, and FBI representatives have been invited to join the MOA village residents during seasonal sports events, cultural/religious activities and festive dinners. MOA villages and campuses are open for all to come and see for themselves.

We would like Mr. Hagmann to address the following:

On September 11th, about 100 MOA Boy Scouts belonging to MOA/IQOU were assisting the rescue and relief effort, on site, at Ground Zero, World Trade Center.  They were surprised to learn, later, that some 4000 Jews employed at the WTC were conveniently absent on the 11th of September.
The glaring question arises: How is it that they all came to be absent on that fateful day?
Who were those people arrested on the New Jersey side by the FBI while videotaping the crash of the airplane?
Why did building No. 7 collapse when it was clear that it was not hit by any airplane?
Mr. Hagmann do you have any answers to these questions? Put the responses on your website and let the American public decide for themselves who the real terrorists are.
Let people decide. are the Muslim Boy Scouts of MOA/IQOU to be feared or rather those shadowy ‘insiders’ who destroyed these buildings?
Their hope, to bring about a clash of civilizations, in order to realize their global empire, failed.  And so too, their aim to blame the Muslims, will fail.
There is no benefit for American Muslims to destroy their own country or civilization and to clash with their Christian brethren.
Our university has been busy developing very close ties with many Christian groups, We work hard to promote co-operation and peaceful dialogue between Muslims and Christians.
